My Indian touch to Chinese
This one is from one of such days when I genuinely feel like spending time in the kitchen and letting myself experiment to create an edible and quick recipe. Here I gave a typical Indian touch to a very well-known Chinese Rice Noodles.
Every Indian like me, by my age (not going to tell here!) gets acquainted with the straight set of spices that one can use to make any Indian home-made dish or curry. And with that wise knowledge (thanks to mom), I felt like creating the perfect Indo-Chinese fusion dish.
All it took was sautéing lots and lots of vegetables (all the left overs from your refrigerator) with some salt, a touch of turmeric, red chillis, little lemon for that uncanny twist and abundance of love and hunger!
Well nothing can beat a delicious meal like this with your favourite Netflix saga, isn't it?
